Wednesday 26 June was the day of the last four group matches at the men’s European football championships. From 6pm Slovakia-Romania and Ukraine-Belgium were played: both matches ended in a draw, 1-1 in the first case, 0-0 in the second. Since all the teams in group E have obtained 4 points, Ukraine, fourth, is eliminated due to the worst goal difference, while the other three will play in the round of 16. At 9pm Georgia beat Portugal and Turkey defeated the Czech Republic, who were eliminated. Once the groups are finished, there will be a two-day break, and then the round of 16 will begin: the first will be Italy-Switzerland, Saturday 29 June at 6pm in Berlin.
