A few years ago, Maria Sharapova and Ashleigh Barty were lifting the winner’s trophies at the Grand Slam tournament in Wimbledon; this year they are pushing strollers in front of them at the All England Club.
Both the Russian and the Australian presented their offspring during a visit to the lawn Mecca.
Barty, who is only 28 years old and triumphed at Wimbledon in 2021, came to London with her husband Gary Kissick and their one-year-old son Hayden. The Australian will at least be seen in the Wimbledon legends competition with compatriot Casey Dellacqua.

It is already the 20th anniversary of Maria Sharapova’s title win. In 2004, the blonde Russian triumphed in the grass court Mecca at the age of just 17. However, Sharapova will not be taking part in the legends competition this year.
Which at least leaves time to show her two-year-old son Theodor around a bit. She is engaged to the British businessman Alexander Gilkes. Here you can see the three of them visiting Wimbledon:
