It was time again on Thursday night for the annual Zwoele Zomer Toernooi, organized by Badminton Club Lochem. This summer event, held in Sporthal de Beemd, marked the festive end of the badminton season and was an evening full of sports, fun and conviviality.
This year there was a challenge for both the young members, talents and the experienced seniors to participate in this sporting happening. Whether you are a seasoned player or just starting out, everyone was welcome to cross the rackets and enjoy the summer atmosphere. The annual closing tournament is known for its informal and cozy atmosphere, where sporting competition and especially the conviviality are central. This year the winners among the seniors were Mandy, Ronald and Daniel.
After the matches there was the well-known 3rd half in the canteen of Sporthal de Beemd in Lochem, a perfect way to end the season and already look ahead to next year. The sponsors were also thanked for making the prizes available.
