Dani Guzmán, one of the most famous faces in cinema in our country, answered Juan Gallardo’s question: “What has been the most difficult scene or sequence to film in your professional career?” Something to which the actor did not hesitate to respond.
The actor explained that it was during the series ‘Police, in the heart of the street’, in which he played a National Policeman, in which there was a sequence in which he was shot and left a quadriplegic: “It was a sequence that was very difficult for me to face because, after seeing photos of my whole life, I started to cry. You just have to tell your mind what to do so that it doesn’t do it.” Something that completely broke him while he was recording this scene: “I started crying looking at photos of myself as a child“But I had never cried in my life.”
In addition, while telling anecdotes that have happened to him throughout his professional career, he did not hesitate to tell the moment when suffered a tremendous fall while recording“I fell from the floor down because I was thrown out. The whole team stopped, I couldn’t breathe because I hit my back. You have to know each person’s limitations. That day I thought I didn’t have any, but I did.”
He has received two Goyas throughout his career as recognition, and the first time he won this important award he told us an anecdote: “It was a great illusion because it was the first short film I had directed, I lived it with my grandmother. Sometimes she didn’t hear it very well.he was waiting for my name throughout the entire ceremony. We were both so nervous that when they said my name I didn’t notice.“Everyone was looking at us and a friend told me: ‘Come out, they’ve given it to you’. And it was a wonderful experience.”
