Controversial episode in the first half Pulisic had already gotten angry with the referee, going hard against him, in the first half: Ortega had whistled a foul in favor of Uruguay, who immediately took the free kick with the Peruvian referee who suddenly marked with his hand the advantage rule while in reality he was cautioning an American player.
