Reiterating the commitment to double actions that contribute to preventing and early detection of cancer in the Panamanian population, the National Association Against Cancer (ANCEC), commemorated its 54 years anniversary.
The schedule of activities began with a thanksgiving mass in the National Sanctuarywith the participation of the board of directors, chaired by the Dr. Aris Ramos and volunteers from the various chapters that make up ANCEC.

The National Cancer Society –ANCEC – was founded on June 29, 1970It is the first NGO in Panama dedicated to the prevention and early detection of cancer.
This organization is a full member of the International Union Against Cancer -UICC- based in Switzerland, and the Association of Ibero-American Leagues against Cancer -ALICC- based in Lima, Peru.
