Andrey Rublev’s Wimbledon Outburst: Tennis Pro Beats Knee Bloody with Racket

Tennis professional Andrey Rublev has beaten his own knee bloody during another outburst at Wimbledon.

The Russian, known for his outbursts of anger, hit his left knee seven times with full force with his racket after a botched backhand. A bleeding wound was visible when the players changed sides.

Rublev had conceded a break to 1:4 in the third set due to his botched shot in the first round match against the Argentinian Francisco Comesana.

The number six seed eventually lost to the Grand Slam debutant 4:6, 7:5, 2:6, 6:7 (5:7).
