In the wonderful Sila mountains, in a spectacular technical course, challenging but suggestive for the location and arrangement of the shooting areas, the Marras – Pantusa sporting eventa classic race organized by the Archers of SilaThe route, articulated between pine woods and mountains of Mediterranean vegetation, saw the Calabrian archers compete, among which the team of the Archers Club Lido led on the trip by Mister Poerio Piterà Edoardo and the team’s now official chaperone, Gulia Sabrina.
The trophy, designed by Giuseppe Tiesi with a polychromy of 3D prints, immediately pushed the Catanzaro team to commit to bringing it home. And so it was. The regulation required that to win the coveted trophy, the points of the best three company archers were added together with the addition of 5 points for each participant in the team.
Francesco Poerio Piterà in the junior Olympics he totals 343 points which also earn him the first step of the podium in the division and class, the same thing for Anastasia Poerio Piterà with 353 in the compound Female Students and Fabio Ludovica with 269 points in the Girls class, for a total of three times to which is added the silver of Poerio Piterà Edoardo with 290 points in the senior barebow.
