Archery Events at Paris 2024 Summer Olympics: Schedule and Venue Details

The archery events at the 2024 Olympic Games will take place from July 25 to August 4, on the Esplanade des Invalides in Paris. The first matches will therefore take place on the eve of the opening ceremony, scheduled for July 26 on the Seine. 64 women and 64 men have qualified.

Individual events begin with a seeding round to divide the archers into places 1 through 64. In the round of 32, the 1st in this ranking faces the 64th, the 2nd faces the 63rd, and so on. Matches are played in sets of three arrows. Having the best score is worth two points, a tie is worth one point. The first to six points wins the match and advances to the next round. For team events, sets are played in 24 arrows.

In 2021, Turkey’s Mete Gazoz and South Korea’s An San won the individual gold medal. All team events were won by South Korea.
