The Regional Archery Championship, reserved for the Olympic bow, took place on Sunday 30 June at the Paschiero Stadium in Cuneo.
The event was organized by the Arcieri dell’Elice in collaboration with the Arcieri Monregalesi, Arclub Fossano, Ar.Coni and the FITARCO Piemonte committee.
Arclub Fossano participated with a team of 14 young archers, obtaining a total of eight podiums in the various classes.
Below are the results obtained by the athletes of Arclub Fossano:
– Giovanni Streri won the silver medal in the Allievi class
– Beatrice Streri won silver in the Girls class
– In the Giovanissimi class, Nicolò Bertero and Giacomo Rivoira shared the silver medal with a remarkable score of 654 points. Together with Davide Busà, they also won the gold medal in the team competition
.- Giulia Rivoira won the silver medal in the Giovanissime class.
– In the Mix Team class Students, Giovanni Streri and Chiara Conte won the bronze medal
– In the Boys class, Federico Viglietta and Beatrice Streri also won the bronze medal.
Congratulations also to Andrea Erconi Van Thanh, Rebecca Manno, Lorenzo Bertero, Tommaso Rovera, Raffaele Barbero and Filippo Rovera, who despite not having climbed onto the podium, played an excellent competition, demonstrating great commitment and ability. An excellent performance for Arclub Fossano, which once again confirms the competitive level and dedication of its young archers.
