After finishing the season in second place in Group 4, allowing them to reach the D2 final, they found themselves among the sixteen best teams in France. In the morning, the team won against Montceau-les-Mines 6/2, then in the quarter-finals, against Colmar 6/2.
The semi-final against the Auros team, which had finished first in the qualifiers, was a closer match, concluded in the play-off in favor of Ardin. In the final, however, Ardin lost to Tournefeuille. But with this title of vice-champion of France, the Ardin team accesses the first national division next year.
