Chécy Badminton Club Honored with Silver Level Conviviality Label

The Chécy badminton club was honored on Monday evening in the Plantes gymnasium.

The president, Pascal Charamon, and several members of the club welcomed Cédric Grosjean, strategic director of the badminton league who came to present the silver level conviviality label, and Christine Languille, deputy mayor of Chécy in charge of associations.

The Cacien club is one of thirty-one clubs, out of one hundred and forty-five in the region, to have received this label. “There are five types of label: Bad responsible, Bad for all, Bad health and well-being and Bad handicap. In the department there were, this year, eight clubs to have received a label of conviviality. One for the gold label and seven for the silver label”, detailed Cédric Grosjean. Labels which are awarded according to different criteria listed in a questionnaire, including the reception of licensees, the activities organized by the club, etc.

Christine Languille shared her feelings about the club: “It makes sense to me to see this label awarded, if only for their end-of-season barbecue day on Sunday.”
