Tennis | Decisive games in the women’s Bundesliga

So far, the results of the two teams from the Stuttgart region in the first women’s tennis league have been modest. TEC Waldau Stuttgart is second to last in the table with one win, while newly promoted VfL Sindelfingen has not even scored a point and is therefore last. As things stand, both clubs should be relegated. On Saturday, the TSF Welzheim competition will take place for the 39th time, and this time too, participants must cover 600 meters in the lake, 22 kilometers on the bike and seven kilometers on foot. The triathlon at the Bietigheim swimming club is much younger: Here, participants in the popular triathlon class can expect 500 meters of swimming, 20 kilometers of cycling and 5.8 kilometers of running.

Fun run | Six running events in the surrounding area

In the first week of July, enthusiastic runners in the Stuttgart area are spoiled for choice. Six running events are on the program. In addition to classic fun runs, a 24-hour charity run in Winnenden awaits participants. The traditional forest run in Steinenberg will also be converted into a charity run this year. The reason for this is that the event cannot take place as usual due to the flooding a month ago.
