Didier Digard officially appointed coach of Le Havre

Le Havre has Luka Elsner’s replacement. The dean’s club had to replace its former coach, Luka Elsner, who left for Reims, they chose Didier Digard, trained at the club and recently graduated from the BEPF. Le Havre made it official this Monday on its social networks. He has signed for the next two seasons with the aim of keeping the Ciel & Marine in the elite.

The 37-year-old former midfielder, who played for Paris-Saint-Germain and Nice, had already been courted by Le Havre’s sporting director, Mathieu Bodmer, two years ago. For several months in 2023, Didier Digard had been interim manager on the OGC Nice bench after Lucien Favre was dismissed.
