El Mamón, Guerra.- The Dominican Republic, Colombia, Venezuela and Mexico teams qualified for the semifinals of the Pimentel Little League International Baseball Classic U-10 Seaboard Cup.
The Dominican team represented by Manny Baseball Academy of Santiago, who are the current champions and seek to repeat the title, achieved their pass by winning the Round Robin undefeated with a 4-0 record.
To qualify, they beat Venezuela 5-4, where Yeimy Marrero was chosen as the MVP of the match.
While the Colombians finished with 3-1, occupying the second position, followed by Venezuela and Mexico with 1-3, respectively.
Geraldo Calvo was selected as the most valuable player for the Colombians, and in the Venezuelan match, Luciano Monterola received the award.
The semi-finals and final are scheduled to be held after the All-Star game, tomorrow Saturday starting at nine in the morning at Cycns Field number two of the Pimentel Baseball Academy complex.
The tournament is broadcast on Pimentel Media’s YouTube channel.
The event is supported by Seaboard, Gatorade, Metros Office of Bus Services (OMSA) and the Dominican Baseball Federation (FEDOM).
