CUNEO – Another great gift from the market for the Cuneo team! Sara Tamborini is a new player for Freedom FC Women: a 2001-born striker, she grew up playing football in Milan, a team with which she made her Serie A debut in December 2018. During her youth career, she had the honor of wearing the jersey of the Italian Under 16 and 17 National Team.
Tamborini remained with the Rossoneri until the 2021-22 season, when she moved to Empoli: in the top flight she made 21 appearances and scored 4 goals. After moving to Napoli, she won the Serie B championship, while last season she played with Cesena. One more jewel available to mister Michele Ardito for the 2024-25 season.
