Exciting Women’s First Division Matches Set for Thirteenth Round

05:00 | 03/07/2024

The second part of the Women’s First Division tournament will continue with two attractive matches – out of three in play – with the thirteenth round being played from 9 pm.

In a clash of leaders, Sportivo Bahiense, who have one more game, will host Estudiantes at the Eladio Santos.

The tricolor has five consecutive victories (record of 3-10) and although it has a chance to stay with the number 1, it has played one more game than its direct rivals and, in case of a tie, it would be at a disadvantage with 9 de Julio and El Nacional.

The white team, on the other hand, which has six consecutive victories (record 1-10), plays with the peace of mind of having secured the first part of the tournament, which guarantees it an extra final in case of losing in the playoffs.

Josefina Brossard will be out today with a sprained ankle.

The date is completed with Pacific-Argentine, at William Harding Green.

Altense is free.
