F1, British Grand Prix: at what time and on which TV channel can you follow the tests and qualifying?

After discovering the joys of a Formula 1 victory in Miami at the beginning of May, Lando Norris is embarking on another quest: to triumph over Max Verstappen on home soil. The British driver is heading to his home country for the twelfth Grand Prix of the season at Silverstone (United Kingdom).

Second last year with a McLaren that was nevertheless less efficient than this season, the runner-up to the Dutchman in the drivers’ standings will be a big contender for the final victory, provided he succeeds in his qualifications and does not let Verstappen, already the winner in 2023, escape in the lead.

Other outsiders to success, the two other locals of the stage Lewis Hamilton and George Russell who will try the double after his improbable coronation on the Austrian Grand Prix. The two Ferraris of Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc will start from a little further back in terms of pure performances. The tests and qualifications should give an initial trend on the hierarchy of the weekend.

The first two free practice sessions will take place this Friday, July 5 at 1:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. The third free practice session will kick off the day on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. before qualifying at 4 p.m. All the sessions will be broadcast on Canal + Sport and the results will be available on leparisien.fr.
