Fitness exercise: The spider | ZEIT ONLINE

Requirement: A fitness or coordination ladder, such as those you can buy in a well-stocked sports and outdoor shop of your choice (for between ten and a hundred euros). If you have a homemade rope ladder made by your favorite grandmother, use that. If you are outside, you can also collect a few sticks and use them to mark around ten squares on the ground. Or you can take chalk and draw the ladder squares on the ground. We don’t need the coordination ladder to climb up. The spider you turn into for this exercise only walks on the ground.
