France-Belgium: 8,000 French supporters in the stands in Düsseldorf

The day after France qualified against Poland for the round of 16 of Euro 2024, UEFA had allocated France (and Belgium) 8,000 tickets for the next match. The French Federation announced this Sunday that the 8,000 tickets were sold in the space of five hours.

Supporters will meet on site from 10:30 a.m. and will then be expected for the supporters’ march from 3 p.m.

For those who regret the low number of seats, it is a UEFA rule. The objective is to fill the stadiums, given the tight marketing deadlines… But if in five hours, all the tickets are sold, could the gauge not have been higher?
