As expected, Franche-Comté’s Jean-Charles Valladont (Nîmes) is among the three names in the men’s recurve bow, with his young teammate Baptiste Addis and Thomas Chirault (Clermont).

At 35, the Olympic vice-champion of Rio (2016) will experience his fourth Olympic Games after those of Beijing (2008), Rio (2016) therefore, and Tokyo (2021). With ambition in view of the last few months spent by the archer from Boussières, returned to the highest level, with in particular a podium in the World Cup in 2023 but also a bronze medal at the 2024 European Championships coupled with a team title.
