Recently in Laigueglia, in front of the Regional Commission, the regional exams for the black belt in Judo of Fijlkam, the only national sports federation recognized by Coni for judo, wrestling, karate and martial arts, were held. The exam consisted of a substantial practical test, preceded by a small theoretical part relating to the history and philosophy of judo, the federal organization and refereeing.
Trained by master Franco Galleni, 6th dan black belt, assisted by masters Silvio Zizzu and Katia Scapazzoni, both 5th dan black belts, for the Funakoshi of La Spezia Annalisa Chiappini, Nicolò Giarelli and Giulia Giuntoni showed up for the exam session to obtain the 1st dan black belt. Adequately prepared, the athletes performed well and brilliantly passed the various tests required and in particular that of the execution of the parts relating to the kata, a skill in which the Migliarino school is specialized.
Meanwhile, training at Funakoshi does not stop with the arrival of summer, but as per tradition will continue also in the months of July and August.
