After a formidable round of 61 on Thursday, the American followed up with a nice 67 (six birdies, one bogey) during this second round. He has a two-length lead over a trio formed by Matthis Besard, who finished the course in 63 shots (nine birdies), Rico Hoey and Chez Reavie (-14 total). The triple winner on the American circuit achieved a superb score of 62 (eight birdies, one eagle), the best of the day.
