Judo Club Introduces Elementary School Students to the Values of Martial Arts

The elementary school went to the Judo club for an introductory day with the speaker Gaëlle. All classes from CP to CM2 benefited. The vice-president of the association Ernult Rénalde explains: “The children are all delighted. We see that the ethics and discipline of judo work; the students are attentive and very receptive. We want to make them understand that on a tatami we are all equal. That there is no opponent but only partners and that therefore without the other we cannot progress”. The club has 39 members with, this year, the affiliation to adapted sports. Moreover, the Judo club has Henri-Pierre Blin, French para-judo adapted champion, veteran category, in its membership.
