I want to start martial arts.
But I’m not sure whether I should start with judo or wrestling.
a good friend of mine and his two brothers are all wrestlers, he recommended it to me.
He has also shown me some basic tactics.
I heard a few days ago that judo is supposed to be easier and better.
Which is better judo or wrestling?
I am about 1.8m tall and weigh average.
