The school project at No. 295 Renmin Road is located at the junction of Renmin Road and Ruichang Road. It is divided into 2 plots, both of which are vacated plots for shantytown renovation. Among them, No. 295 Renmin Road was originally the dormitory of the National Cotton No. 3 Factory, covering an area of 9 mu, involving a total of 206 households. The demolition of the building and the vacated land were completed in May 2021. The plot is planned to build an 18-class primary school with 810 places; No. 291 Renmin Road covers an area of 3.45 mu, involving a total of 379 households. In the future, it is planned to build the Shandong Ocean Digital Technology Industry Center project and the new Hangzhou Road Primary School project. The Hangzhou Road Primary School project plans to build a new primary school with 36 classes. The overall campus planning includes teaching buildings, comprehensive buildings, weatherproof playgrounds, and restaurants, including underground garages and community sports centers. There are 200 parking spaces planned. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of January 2026.
