Mr. Yoshio Yagi, who served as the chairman of the Hyogo Prefecture Basketball Association until last year, was recently awarded the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays. Kobe Storks players Noriaki Michihara and Patrick Kalonji Isoyama attended the celebration to celebrate the award. Mr. Yagi has been dedicated to photography and the photography industry for many years, and this award is in recognition of his achievements.
