During the morning of the July 1st in Latinathe Carabinieri of the local station, have executed the order for the application of the precautionary measure of the House arrestissued by the GIP office of the Court of Latina, against a man class 61 resident in Latina. The measure arises from the investigation conducted by the aforementioned department, at the end of which it emerged that the 63-year-old, inside a commercial establishment, had been responsible, on 13 December 2023, for crime of robbery against the brother from which, for the purpose of subtracting the sum of euro 300,0, hit him with a baseball bat: the attacked person needed medical attention.
The arrested person, after completing the formal procedures, was transferred to his home, under house arrest, at the disposal of the competent Judicial Authority.
