Alec Burks arrive
While waiting to sign the Bulls’ guard, it’s Alec Burks who has signed for one season with the Heat, announces ESPN. Arrived from Detroit as part of the trade with Evan Fournier, he finished the season, rather discreetly, with the Knicks.
Before he really got his chance in the playoffs, against Indiana, following OG Anunoby’s injury. Alec Burks then compiled 17.8 points on average over the last five games of the series, at 43% success on 3-pts. Proof that with a few minutes to show himself, the soon-to-be 33-year-old player can still bring something.
