Miles Bridges’ Future Uncertain: Could He Sign with the Cleveland Cavaliers?

Miles Bridges’ future is far from decided, and despite rumors that he could return to the Hornets or possibly sign with the Los Angeles Clippers, he remains a free agent. And, according to information from journalist Marc Stein, the Cleveland Cavaliers could sign him via a contract sign and trade.

It should be noted that Bridges was able to return last year after overcoming his legal problems, and agreed to a one-year, $7.9 million contract with the Hornets, including an anti-trade clause.

In 69 official games (67 as a starter) he achieved the best scoring averages of his career with 21 points, 7.3 rebounds and 3.4 assists per game.

Bridges arrived in the NBA with the 12th pick in the 2018 NBA Draft, being selected by the Hornets themselves. He arrived in the same edition as other young talents in the league, such as Luka Doncic, Jaren Jackson Jr. or Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.
