Milhaud Judo Club Wraps Up Season with Convivial Day and Award Ceremony

For the end of the season, the Milhaud Judo Club organized its convivial day.

The morning began with parent-child Olympics where everyone was able to test their reflexes and knowledge. Each student then received their belt for their new grade.

Only the two highest ranked, Gabriel and Léo, will have to wait until next fall to find out if they obtain their katas and their mandatory technical points for their black belt.

The president of the association Christine Goujon underlined: “The 2023-2024 season was fruitful, both in terms of the significant growth in the number of members, the involvement of parents and the results obtained during the numerous interclub events. The 7th Kamel Guedih challenge allowed us to welcome 650 judokas and their families in March. In terms of the number of participants, the challenge is the second event in the department after the Nîmes tournament.”

This day highlighted the friendliness and investment of the club, and ended with a paella.

The president will meet at the Associations forum on Saturday, September 7.
