Batum considered retiringbut decided to return for his seventeenth season in the NBA after a successful year with the 76ers.

Batum35 years old, is a Good passer and ball handler for his size and spaces the court with excellent three-point shooting, particularly from the corners. Although he is not the athlete he was in his youth, Batum’s height of 6 feet 8 inches (2.04 m.) keeps him positive on the defensive side.

After passing Three seasons with the Clippers, Batum was sent to Philadelphia early last season as part of James Harden tradeHe became a staple in the 76ers’ rotation immediately, averaging nearly 26 minutes and starting 38 games.

Batum to play for France at Paris Games later this summer, her fourth Olympic Games representing her home country.
