Ninth judoka nominated as German team gears up for Olympic Games Paris 2024

A good 20 days before the start of the Olympic Games Paris 2024, the 4th nomination meeting took place in the DOSB office. Athletes from the 23 sports are taking part: basketball 3×3, indoor basketball, archery, boxing, football, golf, handball, hockey, judo, modern pentathlon, cycling (track, BMX freestyle, mountain bike, road), equestrian sports, wrestling, swimming, skateboarding, sailing, sport climbing, gymnastics (artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics) and volleyball.

In the penultimate round of nominations, two-time German champion Erik Abramov (UJKC Potsdam – BB) was nominated for the German Judo Association (DJB) in the +100 kg weight class. This means that nine DJB judoka will now compete for medals in Paris.
