Lulu Sun writes a surprising success story at Wimbledon.

Tennis player Lulu Sun, who competes for New Zealand, continues her surprising run of success at Wimbledon. As a qualifier and the first New Zealander to do so, the 23-year-old made it into the round of 16 by winning two tiebreaks against the Chinese Zhu Lin. Sun changed the nationality for which she competes on the tennis tour. At the Australian Open, she still competed under the Swiss flag.

For the first time, the world number 123 reached the main draw at Wimbledon. Sun is aiming for her seventh win in a row in the round of 16 against the Greek Maria Sakkari or the former British US Open winner Emma Raducanu.
