Gymnastics star Simone Biles has qualified for the Paris Olympics by winning the U.S. trials in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The 27-year-old quadruple Olympic champion in Rio in 2016 had been away from gymnastics for two years after collapsing at the Tokyo Games in 2021, before returning to competition in August 2023. The most decorated gymnast in history (23 world titles and 4 Olympics) is expected to be one of the big stars of the Olympics scheduled for July 26 to August 11 in the French capital.
