A big blow on the transfer market, too, since Mary Earps was crowned best goalkeeper in the world in 2022 and 2023 thanks to her performances with Manchester United and the English selection, with whom she won Euro 2022 and reached the final of the 2023 World Cup. Born in Nottingham on March 7, 1993, Mary Alexandra Earps arrives in Paris with the status of number 1 in goal, ahead of the Polish Katarzyna Kiedrzynek.
Manchester United had confirmed her departure with five seasons on Friday, June 29. PSG was facing enormous competition (FC Barcelona, Arsenal) to secure the services of Mary Earps. The Parisian management should announce in the coming days the appointment of the future coach (Fabrice Abriel) as well as other renowned recruits such as, barring a turnaround, the French international Griedge Mbock.
