A source close to the case, contacted by the media, mentions a request made by the lawyer “and accepted by the RCT”. L’Equipe adds that Bernard Lemaître, president of the club, will be present at this interview. For his part, Jaminet may be accompanied by a protected employee of the RCT – a staff representative or a unionized employee – as requested by his lawyer.
The 25-year-old had filmed himself in the street in the middle of the night, visibly drunk, in the middle of a summer tour with the French XV in Argentina.
