The ‘Traditional Berkay Akbaş Street Basketball Tournament’ will be held between July 17-19 in memory of university student M. Berkay Akbaş, who was martyred in the treacherous terrorist attack that took place in Beşiktaş, Istanbul on December 10, 2016. The tournament, organized with the contributions of the Sinop Governor’s Office, Sinop Municipality and the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, will be held at the Barış Manço Park basketball court. Girls and boys teams will compete fiercely in the star and youth categories, and the age limit for the tournament participants has been determined as 25.
