Road to Paris 2024: Pre-Olympic Basketball Tournament Kicks Off Next Week

The Pre-Olympic Basketball Tournament for Paris 2024 starts next Tuesday, July 2nd. The 24 teams will have one last chance to obtain a ticket that allows them to be in the Olympic Games which start on July 26 in the French capital.

The pre-Olympic tournament is divided into four venues with a total of six teams each. In two groups of three within each venue, only the winners of each group will have the opportunity to be at the long-awaited Olympic event.

Once the phases have been completed, there will be The semi-finals and the grand final, both in a single match. The pairings will be between the first and second of each group. In this way, The winner of each final will compete in the Paris Olympic Games..

PRE-OLYMPIC BASKETBALL CALENDAR

The tournaments start next Tuesday, July 2 and will end on Sunday, July 7. The matches of each group will be played on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th, while the semi-finals will be played on Saturday the 6th and the four finals on Sunday the 7th.
