With Fally Mayulu, SK Rapid had to cope with the departure of a young striker to England (Bristol City). Now sports director Markus Katzer is said to have found a replacement.
According to “Krone” secured the loan services of Augsburg’s Dion Beljo.
The 22-year-old has already played 45 times for Augsburg in the German Bundesliga, scoring five goals. In spring 2024, however, he only made substitute appearances.

Two-time Croatian national team player
In October 2023, he made his debut for the Croatian national team and made two appearances in the European Championship qualifiers.
Beljo is under contract in Augsburg until 2027. The Germans secured the 1.95-meter-tall man from NK Osijek in January 2023 for three million euros. The center forward currently has a market value of four million euros.
According to the report, Jonatan Braut Brunes, who was recently traded, is currently not an issue in Hütteldorf.
