Shmaukstelis was unbeaten in the 160-kilogram shield and overhead weight shuttle, second in the 25-kilogram front hold, 18-ton tractor pull, and 130-kilogram platform lift. The Latvian was third in pulling a 26-ton car, as well as eighth in carrying a 360-kilogram frame.
12 strongmen took part in the competition, apart from Shmaukstelis, athletes from Finland, Ghana, the USA, Poland, Italy, Cyprus, Estonia, Canada and England also competed.
Shmaukstelis is a two-time winner of the Strongman Champions League, winning the competition in 2019 and 2022.
