Hoeksche Waard – The 8 HW Tourcyclo of May 26 is now behind us and the organization can speak of a successful event. Next year they hope to organize the 10th anniversary edition.
The proceeds of the 8 HW Tourcyclo of May 26 were donated by the 8 HW Tourcyclo Foundation to two charities, namely the Hoeksche Waard Food Bank and Hospice Hoeksche Waard.
On Friday, June 21, chairman Coen Reuter and treasurer Jan Snel of the 8 HW Tourcyclo Foundation were able to present a check for € 3,000 to both organizations.
The donations were enthusiastically received by both organizations.
‘As the 8 HW Tourcyclo Foundation, we are very pleased that we have been able to contribute to both charities in this sporting manner,’ said the board.
