Summer Badminton Club Randstad: Open Playing Evenings for Everyone

From 9 July to 21 August, badminton club Randstad organises summer badminton: open playing evenings where everyone, with or without badminton experience, is welcome to join. The games are played in rounds of twenty minutes. You decide how many games you play and with whom by hanging a name tag on the game board. Between games there is room to change playing partners or have a drink at the bar.

What are the facilities during summer badminton?

• Nylon shuttles available
• It is possible to borrow a racket
• Court reservation board, and a guest pass for guest players
• Changing rooms with showers
• There is a canteen for a drink or a snack
• From 9:30 PM you can leave De Altis, but you can no longer enter

Match days and times

• Tuesday 9 July and 23 July to 20 August 2024 from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM (the hall is closed on 16 July).

• Wednesday 10 July and 24 July to 21 August 2024 from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM (the hall is closed on 17 July).

• The canteen and the De Altis complex will close at 11:00 PM at the latest in the summer

Cost

A day ticket for one time playing costs €3.50, a 5-strip card €15.00. You can pay this amount via PIN in the canteen. The strip cards can only be used at Summer Badminton 2024.
