Suddenly on July 18, 2024, Persib announced the arrival of Adam Alis. The collector of seven caps for the Indonesian National Team was loaned by Borneo FC.
Borneo FC was forced to send Adam Alis to Persib. The reason is, the former Persija Jakarta player’s contract will expire in December 2024. Both parties did not reach an agreement for a contract extension.
Persib loaned Adam Alis from Borneo FC for half a season. However, Maung Bandung has an option to sign him permanently for two and a half years.

Adam Alis will face tough competition in Persib’s midfield with names such as Marc Klok, Dedi Kusnandar, Mateo Kocijan, Tyronne Del Pino, Beckham Putra Nugraha, and Rachmat Irianto.
“What is certain is that I am very happy and didn’t expect it to be this fast,” said Adam Alis.
“Because Persib is a big team and yesterday they were able to win the league and are filled with quality players,” he added.

Playing in ACL 2
Adam Alis is increasingly enthusiastic about defending Persib. Because, Maung Bandung will compete in the Asian Champions League (ACL) 2 next season after being the champion of BRI Liga 1 last season.
“I am also happy because this year, Persib will also play in ACL 2. This is one of my considerations for joining,” said Adam Alis.
“I never thought I would join Persib. But maybe this is my destiny. So, I have to take advantage of and maximize this opportunity to achieve the best results,” he added.
