The Friendship Tournament will be held from Friday to Sunday in Varese, the first prestigious international tournament for the new generations. This time Italy is the host, and Varese is the emblematic venue for this competitive experience.

This is a U15 competition, prior to the year of the debut in an official FIBA tournament. The traditional Friendship Tournament has the support of the Federations of France, Italy, Greece and Spain, and serves to measure forces with four of the European training powers.
In 2024, the event will move to Varese (Italy), with the two U15 teams competing at a high level. The girls are led by Elena Lahoz, Carlos del Valle and Jaime Medina, and with a selection of players made up of Daniela García, Candela Cuevas, Aina Hinojosa, Luna Calleja, Ona Balleste, Worthy Odion, Aisha Diop, Elia Pérez, Berta Momblona, María Enriqueta Carbó, Amelia Alonso, Sandra Dávila, Claudia Lostal, Beatriz Asensio, Nerea Cordón and Anna Smykovsaia.
The boys are led by David Soria, Xabi Chico and Iván García, and with a squad made up of Nil Poza, Guillem Tazo, Oriol Filba, Humberto Ruiz, Diego Ferreras, Sergio Otero, Darío Parra, Roger Villarejo, Rafael Corta, Carlos Muñiz, Daniel Sierra, Javier Barrientos, Jan Cerdán, Marco Coinsidine and Diego Martín.
