The statistics of the Italian teams in the European basketball cups concern the results obtained by the clubs of the Italian Basketball Federation in the competitions that had a European character: those organized by FIBA Europe and ULEB. The Italian clubs that participated in the competitions mentioned above, took part in the following tournaments: Euroleague, Eurocup, Basketball Champions League, FIBA Europe Cup, plus the abolished Saporta Cup, Korać Cup, European Supercup, EuroCup Challenge, EuroChallenge.
The following table shows the complete list of trophies won by Italian clubs in official FIBA Europe and ULEB competitions.
Chronology: time span from 1958-1959 to 2023-2024. With equal overall participations, the order is given by the greatest number of appearances in the most important competition.
