Title: “NBA Rumors: Miles Bridges Potential Sign-and-Trade with Cavaliers for Isaac Okoro”

Most of the big free agents have found buyers in a few days, but there are still some big fish without a contract. Like DeMar DeRozan for example, but also Gary Trent Jr, Spencer Dinwiddie or even Miles Bridges. After agreeing to a one-year, $7.9 million contract to buy out his conduct, the Hornets winger is free.

For now, Charlotte is not showing much eagerness to extend him, and teams are interested in him. The Clippers track has been mentioned, where he could compensate, in attack, for the departure of Paul George, and Marc Stein adds the Cavaliers. In Cleveland, Donovan Mitchell extended and Kenny Atkinson arrived on the bench. These are the only two movements of the offseason.

An exchange with Isaac Okoro?

Our colleague mentions the possibility of setting up a “sign-and-trade”, and perhaps the Cavaliers could even set up a double “sign-and-trade” since they did not extend Isaac Okoro. It’s not at all the same profile, but everyone could perhaps find something to their advantage.

In Cleveland, we could get a strong forward to relieve Donovan Mitchell, and act as a link between a pair of All-Star guards (Garland-Mitchell) and one of the best pairs of interiors in the country (Allen-Mobley).

Charlotte is in dire need of defense, and Isaac Okoro could be the ideal shooting guard/winger alongside LaMelo Ball and Brandon Miller.

Sign-and-trade : operation which consists of signing one of its free agents and then transfer him. Some franchises use this system to avoid seeing a player leave without any compensation.
