Tour de France, 7th stage: Pogacar, Evenepoel, Vingegaard… Find the start time of the time trial favorites

The first individual time trial of this 2024 edition of the Tour de France takes place this Friday. The riders will cover 25.3 km between Nuits-Saint-Georges and Gevrey-Chambertin. Jonas Vingegaard (Visma-Lease a Bike), Remco Evenepoel (Soudal Quick-Step) and Tadej Pogacar (UAE Team Emirates), the main favourites for this 7th stage, will bring up the rear.

The Slovenian is still wearing the yellow jersey and will be the last to set off this Friday. His start will take place at 5 p.m. The Belgian Remco Evenepoel will set off two minutes earlier. He is 45 seconds behind Tadej Pogacar in the general classification. The two-time defending champion Jonas Vingegaard is not far behind, 50 seconds behind the leader, and will set off at 4:56 p.m.

Among the other riders expected on this stage, Slovenian Primoz Roglic (Red Bull-Bora) will leave Nuits-Saint-Georges at 16:52. Two minutes before Spaniard Juan Ayuso (UAE Team Emirates). Belgian Wout van Aert (Jumbo-Visma) is scheduled to start at 15:27 and thirty seconds.

On the French side, Bruno Amirail (Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale) will start his time trial at 16:03 and thirty seconds. Winner of the second stage of this Tour de France, the 23-year-old rider Kévin Vauquelin (Arkéa-B&B Hotels) starts at 14:39 and thirty seconds.
