Tour de France: at what time and on which channel can you follow the 6th stage between Mâcon and Dijon live?

This sixth stage of the Tour de France will not be so different from the previous one. Like the day before, the 163.5 km that connect Mâcon to Dijon are flat.

This Thursday, July 4, the elevation gain is one kilometer on the stage. Only one category 4 pass is on the course, at the tenth kilometer. This is the Col du Bois Clair, which has a 6% gradient over 1.6 km. The rest of the route promises to be very rolling. More than 200 m of sprint are also planned at the 31st kilometer, in Cormatin. The peloton will have the opportunity to ride in the vineyards of the Côte Chalonnaise, while passing by the Cluny Abbey beforehand.

“The sprinters should have the last word on the 800-metre straight line which is taking place in the Côte-d’Or prefecture,” believes director Christian Prudhomme.

>> The 6th stage can be followed this Thursday, July 4 on France Télévisions and Eurosport. The fictitious start will be given at 1:35 p.m. The event can be followed live with commentary on leparisien.fr, just like the entire Tour de France.
