Tour de France: at what time and on which channel to follow the 3rd stage between Plaisance and Turin live?

The Tour de France riders continue their route in Italy. After passing through Florence, Cesenatico and Bologna, the participants are preparing to tackle the 230.8 km that separate Piacenza from Turin.

Unlike other routes, this stage is not for climbers. The route is relatively flat. There are only three category 4 climbs to climb. The steepest section is Barbaresco, after just over 150 km of road (6.5% over 1.5 km).

Director Christian Prudhomme summarizes the profile of this stage: “The sprinters will have started by gritting their teeth about the 2024 Tour but will look forward with appetite to the arrival in Turin. » The manager nevertheless warns: “The room for maneuver will be minimal for the escapees. »

The day will also be marked by a rolling tribute to the legend Fausto Coppi when the riders pass through Tortona. This is where the Italian died on January 2, 1960.

The third stage can be followed on France Télévisions and Eurosport on Monday, July 1st. The fictitious start will be given at 11:15 am. The event can also be followed live with commentary on leparisien.fr
